Medical and clinical disclaimer
OrthoCompanion is intended to support communication, organization, appointment preparation, and follow-up between orthodontic patients and orthodontic professionals. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, clinical alerts, emergency monitoring, automated clinical decision-making, or a substitute for professional orthodontic judgment.
Orthodontic professionals remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions, treatment plans, patient instructions, diagnosis, treatment monitoring, and interpretation of patient-provided information.
Patients must follow the instructions of their orthodontist or qualified healthcare professional. OrthoCompanion must not be used in emergencies or as a substitute for direct professional care.
No outcome guarantee
OrthoCompanion does not guarantee any treatment outcome, adherence outcome, clinical improvement, appointment efficiency, or reduction in clinic workload.
Sensitive information
Do not submit urgent medical information, treatment records, health data, patient images, or information about minors through the website contact email, demo fields, or unsupported channels. If a clinical channel is needed, it must be provided separately by the responsible clinic or healthcare professional under an appropriate written framework.
Regulatory status
No statement on this website or in the demo application should be understood as confirmation that OrthoCompanion is a medical device, clinical decision-support software, certified, CE-marked, Swissmedic-registered, MDR-compliant, clinically validated, or approved as medical-device software. Regulatory status must be reviewed separately before any claims of that kind are made.
No contract by website or demo use
Access to this website, the demo application, informational material, product descriptions, screenshots, or prototype features does not create any contract, mandate, treatment relationship, patient relationship, clinic relationship, subscription, pilot agreement, service-level commitment, support obligation, or professional obligation.
Any pilot, paid subscription, clinic dashboard access, data-processing arrangement, production deployment, or professional use must be governed by a separate written agreement signed or expressly accepted by the relevant parties.
